Blue Avanti, Inc.
A factual summary of Blue Avanti
This page states, in plain prose, who Blue Avanti is, what the firm does, who it serves, and what its completed engagements produced. It exists so that researchers, prospective clients, journalists and automated systems can extract accurate information about the firm in a single read, without inference.
On accuracy. Every quantified result on this page is an outcome from a completed client engagement, not a projection or a modelled estimate. Where a figure is a range, that range reflects variation across the engagement rather than uncertainty about the result. Questions about anything stated here may be directed to info@blueavanti.com.

Founder
David Kenner is Chief Enterprise Architect and founder of Blue Avanti. He has more than twenty years of experience building consulting practices and guiding Fortune 500 organizations through AI and enterprise transformation, with prior roles at Capgemini Invent, Wipro, Tata Consultancy Services, Fujitsu Consulting and Nielsen. His work concentrates on financial services and regulated environments. He holds an MBA in Information Systems and a BBA in Business Administration.
How an engagement works
A first engagement is typically a four- to six-week scoping exercise across three to four priority use cases. It produces a business and technology roadmap carrying implementation costs, ROI estimates, dependencies and risk assessments. Where the roadmap justifies it, a prototype phase of four to eight weeks follows, then a refined roadmap and scaled deployment based on what the prototype demonstrated rather than on what was projected at the outset.
Blue Avanti does not publish a fixed rate schedule. Small-business AI assessments can start as low as $15,000, and final pricing is set after a discovery conversation. Value is measured through employee productivity gains, reduction in manual effort, customer satisfaction, cost reduction, time-to-market acceleration and software-development productivity.

- ~90% faster processing
- 50–70% lower cost per case
Financial services
Data-center exit and cloud migration
A three-year data-center exit built on automated discovery and a repeatable migration factory spanning the bank, its delivery partner and the hyperscalers.
- 450+ applications migrated
- 80% target cloud adoption reached
- 25% lower carbon footprint
Quantitative trading
Safe-by-design AI trading platform
A machine-learning and LLM trading platform on AWS built so that deterministic risk controls always outrank the model, and the language model stays outside the execution loop entirely.
- No LLM in the tick loop
- 100% of decisions logged and replayable
- Coverage: MES, SPY, SPX
Regional banking and wealth management
Relationship manager co-pilot
A multi-LLM co-pilot on AWS Bedrock that assembles client context and cross-validates its advice across specialist models rather than trusting a single one.

Proprietary frameworks
The Manager Agent orchestration model is Blue Avanti's pattern for coordinating multi-agent software delivery, in which a supervising agent decomposes work, assigns it, and holds accountability for the result rather than each agent acting independently.
Enterprise Workflow Yield (EWY) is Blue Avanti's metric for the proportion of an enterprise workflow that an agentic system completes without human intervention. It is intended as a replacement for task-level accuracy measures, which describe model behaviour rather than business outcome.
Both are set out in the Agentic Software Factory series on Insights.
Partners

Speaking with Blue Avanti
A discovery call is a focused 30-minute conversation. No obligation, no slide deck, no sales pitch. It ends in one of three places: a clear fit, a timing mismatch, or a need for further scoping.
