About Blue Avanti
When was Blue Avanti founded?
Blue Avanti was founded in 2025 by David Kenner to help organizations turn artificial intelligence into practical, measurable business outcomes. The firm was built around a simple idea: clients should receive senior-level attention, disciplined technical execution, and clear guidance without the layers and overhead of a traditional consulting model. Blue Avanti works with growing businesses, regulated organizations, and advisory firms that need a responsible path from AI exploration to implementation. The company is based in Georgia and serves clients wherever their work requires.
Who is the ideal client for Blue Avanti?
Blue Avanti does not define its ideal client by company size or industry. We focus on organizations facing problems we are equipped to solve, including automation, cost reduction, operational efficiency, and software-development productivity. Our senior practitioners each bring more than 25 years of experience solving large, complex enterprise challenges. We scale proven approaches, governance practices, and solution patterns to match each client's size, resources, risk profile, and business objectives. The right fit is an organization with a meaningful problem, leadership commitment, and a desire to turn AI and technology into measurable results.
How large is the Blue Avanti team, and how is it structured?
Blue Avanti does not disclose its revenue or headcount because we measure delivery capacity by outcomes, not seats. Our operating model targets 10× productivity by combining senior judgment with AI-enabled research, engineering, documentation, testing, and delivery. Development centers on an agentic software development lifecycle (SDLC): specialized AI agents support work across the lifecycle, while experienced people retain responsibility for architecture, security, quality, and business decisions. This virtual-first model lets us form focused teams for each engagement, reduce coordination overhead, and deliver with the speed and discipline clients expect from a larger organization.
Where is Blue Avanti located?
Blue Avanti is based in Alpharetta, Georgia, in the north Atlanta metropolitan area. We operate as a virtual-first firm and serve clients across the United States, combining remote collaboration with onsite work when an engagement calls for it. This structure gives clients access to senior expertise without limiting the team to a single office footprint. Our Georgia base keeps us close to Atlanta’s financial-services, technology, healthcare, and professional-services communities, while our delivery model allows us to support organizations and advisory partners nationwide.
What certifications and formal partner statuses does Blue Avanti hold?
Blue Avanti operates as a virtual team with practitioners whose expertise spans enterprise architecture, business process design, AI platforms, cloud engineering, and responsible AI. Credentials are role-specific: for example, enterprise architects may hold TOGAF certification, while practitioners may hold individual certifications across AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and technologies represented in our AI partner ecosystem. Our AI governance and delivery practices are designed with reference to ISO/IEC 42001 principles. Because certifications and partner designations belong to specific people or organizations and can change, we confirm the applicable credentials and active partner statuses for each engagement rather than imply a single firm-wide certification.
Does Blue Avanti publish pricing?
Blue Avanti does not publish fixed price ranges for most engagements because scope can vary significantly. As a general reference point, some AI readiness assessments for small and midsized businesses can start as low as $15,000. Final pricing depends on factors such as company size, the number and seniority of stakeholders, business and regulatory complexity, data availability, technical integration requirements, and the depth of analysis or implementation required. We define scope and fees after an initial discovery conversation so clients understand the work, deliverables, assumptions, and decision points before committing.
Engagements, delivery, and value
What does a typical first engagement with Blue Avanti look like?
Every engagement begins with a conversation about the problem the client is trying to solve, the stakeholders involved, and any prior work that can be reused rather than recreated. This typically leads to a four- to six-week scoping engagement. During that period, Blue Avanti evaluates three to four priority use cases and defines what each potential system or solution could look like. The resulting recommendations include estimated implementation costs, potential return on investment, key dependencies, and major risks. Clients receive a practical business and technology roadmap that supports investment decisions and establishes a path from strategy to implementation.
How does Blue Avanti move clients from AI strategy to implementation?
Strategy engagements produce a business and technology roadmap tailored to the problem, systems, scale, and scope involved. The next step is often a focused prototype lasting four to eight weeks. The prototype helps validate data availability and quality, confirm the team's understanding of the business problem, engage the right stakeholders, and establish meaningful success metrics. It also provides evidence of the solution's potential outcomes and business value before a larger investment is made. Based on those findings, Blue Avanti refines the longer-term roadmap and investment plan, allowing the client to scale the solution up, scale it down, or adjust direction based on demonstrated results.
How does Blue Avanti measure business value and return on investment?
Business value depends on the problem being solved and the outcomes that matter to the client. Measures may include freeing employees for higher-value work, reducing manual effort, improving client satisfaction, lowering operating costs, accelerating time to market, or increasing software-development productivity. Blue Avanti evaluates return on investment across both short- and long-term horizons. This includes the initial capital and implementation costs as well as the value expected to materialize over one, two, and three years. Our objective is to define measurable indicators that connect the solution to faster time to value, improved customer outcomes, top-line growth, and bottom-line performance.
How does Blue Avanti protect client data, security, and confidentiality?
Blue Avanti uses internal safeguards informed by NIST guidance, ISO/IEC 42001 principles, and security practices appropriate for financial-services and regulated environments. We protect client data, intellectual property, policies, and confidential business information throughout the engagement lifecycle. Access is limited to authorized personnel with appropriate credentials and permissions, following least-privilege principles. Security controls extend beyond client systems to the laptops, devices, collaboration platforms, and other environments that could store or transmit client information. Whenever practical, data remains within the client's controlled environment, with access, handling, and retention requirements defined according to the engagement and the client's policies.
What level of client participation is required during an engagement?
At the beginning of each engagement, Blue Avanti establishes clear roles, responsibilities, decision rights, and participation expectations. The required commitment varies according to the scope and complexity of the work, so there is no single standard answer. We aim to minimize disruption to the client's team while ensuring that the right people are involved at the right time. Executives typically provide strategic alignment and steering, while business and technical stakeholders contribute subject-matter expertise, data access, validation, and timely decisions. Defining these expectations early allows executives, steering-team members, and staff to allocate time appropriately and participate effectively.
How long does a typical assessment or implementation take?
Blue Avanti typically begins with a four- to six-week discovery and assessment sprint. The exact timeline depends on the complexity of the problem, the number of stakeholders, data availability, and how much discovery work the client has already completed. For a small business, an AI strategy engagement commonly takes four to eight weeks. A typical engagement may involve four to five primary stakeholders, evaluation of three to four priority use cases, and development of a high-level business and technology roadmap. Implementation timelines are then estimated based on the selected use cases, required integrations, security considerations, and findings from the initial assessment.
Can Blue Avanti work with our internal teams and existing service providers?
Yes. Blue Avanti prefers to work collaboratively with a client's internal teams and, when appropriate, its existing service providers. At the start of the engagement, we establish clear roles, responsibilities, decision rights, and time-boxed participation expectations so collaboration supports the work without slowing its pace. Knowledge transfer is an important part of our delivery approach. We help participating team members understand the strategy process, evaluation methods, and decision frameworks used throughout the engagement. The goal is to leave the client with more than a set of documents: internal participants should gain practical insight and capabilities they can apply after Blue Avanti's engagement concludes.
Who owns the deliverables, software, models, and intellectual property?
The client owns the final, client-specific deliverables and intellectual property created for the engagement, subject to the terms of the applicable agreement. Blue Avanti also brings pre-existing methodologies, frameworks, templates, tools, and other intellectual property developed through years of professional-services experience. That background intellectual property remains the property of Blue Avanti but is licensed to the client for its internal business use when incorporated into the final deliverables. This approach gives clients ownership of the work created specifically for them while allowing them to benefit from proven frameworks and reusable capabilities that form part of Blue Avanti's value as an advisory and professional-services firm.
What support is available after a solution is launched?
Blue Avanti offers different support models based on the nature of the engagement and the client's ongoing needs. Strategy engagements may include follow-up advisory support, roadmap reviews, governance guidance, or assistance as priorities and operating conditions evolve. Software developed by Blue Avanti may include defined warranty, licensing, maintenance, and support terms appropriate to the solution. The specific model is established as part of the engagement so that responsibilities, service expectations, support periods, and commercial terms are clear. This allows clients to select the level of ongoing involvement that best fits the solution, their internal capabilities, and their longer-term objectives.
How does the Blue Avanti partner and advisor program work?
Blue Avanti offers white-label, co-development, and co-branded partnership models. Under a white-label arrangement, we can deliver AI strategy and solutions for a partner's clients under the partner's brand. For other opportunities, a co-branded approach may provide greater clarity and value by presenting both organizations as part of the engagement. The appropriate model is determined through an initial partnership discussion that considers the client relationship, required capabilities, delivery responsibilities, and commercial objectives. Blue Avanti then works with the partner to define an overall go-to-market strategy, rules of engagement, roles, and a practical approach for pursuing and delivering client opportunities together.
